Meet Your Hosts:

Hi, we're Jeff and Rochelle, the husband-and-wife team behind EP Estates.

We're based in Colorado Springs, but our love of adventure has taken us to all seven continents. We even got married in Antarctica!

After years of exploring the world and staying in vacation rentals ourselves, we know what makes a great stay. That's why we personally own and manage our homes in Colorado, Virginia, and Florida.

Our goal is simple: welcoming homes, personal hospitality, and memorable getaways.
